I bought a used car from red nolan,made the deal drove off the lot and the engine light came on when I took it back they said they would fix it. I always ask for Chuck, as I know I am going to get the exceptional customer service from him. He is very professional and knowledgeable in all areas that I had questions with. Since this is my second INFINITI, my new FX-37 has all the latest- navigation , phone "bells & whistles"....I still had a few questions about the phone, ( pairing keys , phone book ) .
